Pulse First Aid Training provides professional first aid courses for workplaces, schools, community groups and individuals. Based in Edinburgh, training is delivered on-site throughout Edinburgh, The Lothians and Fife, helping organisations meet their responsibilities while ensuring learners feel confident and prepared.
Courses range from workplace first aid and paediatric first aid to CPR, AED and refresher training. Where applicable, qualifications are regulated and awarded by First Aid Awards, and recognised by Ofqual and SQA.

Hi, I’m Sara — the owner and trainer behind Pulse First Aid Training. I’m a fully qualified nurse, first aid trainer and working mum, with years of hands-on healthcare experience.
I created Pulse First Aid Training to deliver first aid courses that feel approachable, practical and relevant to real-life situations.
I understand that learning first aid can feel daunting for some people, so my focus is always on creating a relaxed, supportive environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.
By delivering training directly at your workplace or chosen venue, I help reduce disruption while ensuring teams, students and groups receive high-quality, engaging first aid training.
